At SalesWorks, everything we do comes back to the 4S Methodology.

The 4S Methodology is our systemised approach to creating the perfect sales environment. Developed over many years, it considers the four elements that combine to create a successful and efficient sales operation to ensure nothing is left to chance: Skills, Structure, Strategy, Systems.

Understanding what it takes to create a successful and efficient sales operation is vital to your success and ours. But it’s not just how these areas perform individually, it’s the alignment of these four elements that drives everything we do at SalesWorks. We call this our 4S Methodology

Alignment Score


Where the 4S Methodology looks at how to develop/grow or improve the four elements of Skills, Structure, Strategy, Systems, the alignment score is a diagnostic tool, used to identify areas of growth and opportunity.

Looking at your current performance using the four elements provides a high level indication of where and how to make the changes you need to succeed.

Alignment Cycle


Whilst the 4S Methodology sets out the four elements necessary for success, we use our Alignment Cycle to work on a more granular level, allowing us to discover areas of improvement, design a strategy, develop that strategy and deliver the result required.

It’s this level of control, focus and systemisation that allows us to deliver for our clients.
